We were tasked to redesign the customer journey or the Northern Business Expo with a focus on bring in more sales and thus visitors. We had to ensure visitors to the site where presented with all the relevant information so they could make an informed decision on whether to attend or not.
We had to take into account The information had to be present in a cohesive and easy to understand format but also visually appealing and professional looking. We have to give prominence to the activities that people are likely to be most interested in but not hide the other activities so they could not be found.
It ended up being a bit of a balancing act but we managed to achieve a good uplift in sales and still maintain the integrity of the site as a whole
We had to break the project down into stages stages carefully looking at the existing
acquisition data of each stage and from this we rebuilt the website with this in mind. This was very
successful and showed great increase and growth until Covid-19
